I am committed to hassle free returns—when you are returning an item for any reason, if I can replace it I will replace it (i.e. if we have the inventory) . If I can't replace it, I'll give you your money back.
If I make a mistake on your order I will replace the item as quickly as I can, sending you the replacement before I get the mistake back.
ONLY ITEMS IN ORIGINAL CONDITION WILL BE EXCHANGED. I CANNOT ACCEPT ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN WASHED AND DRIED.
Each item is designed and printed by me or a family member right here. If you are unhappy with anything you have purchased from my shop please contact me to resolve the issue. Items in good condition may be returned for a refund within 5 days of receipt of your order. Please let me know that you will be returning an item so I can be on the lookout for it's safe return. Refunds will be processed as soon as I have the item back and have determined that it is still in good condition.

Regrettably one reason things get clearanced is because the blank shirts I use to make them are longer made by my suppliers. The colors I choose are very deliberate and in most cases I will not be recreating designs on different color products.
Please ready my listings carefully! If you choose the wrong size and need to exchange an item, it can take two weeks or more so please read the sizing info carefully! Returns or exchanges can be harder to track if you do not use the enclosed return/exchange form. My first responsibility to to get the correct item out—either to new orders or fixing my own mistakes.

I ship Monday through Saturday using USPS First Class or Priority Mail. I do ship internationally.
After extensive research, USPS is still the most cost effective shipper domestically and abroad—often less than half the costs of other shippers on domestic orders, and less than a quarter of the cost of available international options.
Even so, there is a possibility I may not be able to tell you anything about your international package once it leaves our hands! The USPS simply does not guarantee any tracking info will be available.
After numerous customer requests, we have rolled back our international shipping to use USPS Flat Rate Priority and USPS First Class International. This saves you LOTS of money, but it definitely means less specific tracking information. Again, please know that USPS does not give lots of transparency to shipments once they leave the United States.
We still don't know exactly what happens when/if a pack gets handed off to whatever local mail organization deals with material on the other end. Policies in your nation are subject to change without notice to or from me: I don't make your laws and can't explain why you may or may not have to pay duties or taxes!

I called the Border Information Service and asked about customs. For 100% confirmation on potential duties, you would want to walk down to your local post and ask.
Because our supplier is a US supplier, the NAFTA agreement considers our goods to have been made in the US, so import duties won't apply. CBSA takes the value of a good, converts it to Canadian dollars and charges the following taxes: + 5% General Service Tax of Canada, + Provincial Sales Tax (varies by province from 0% in Alberta to 10.5% on Prince Edward Island) Then Canada Post adds an $8.50CAD handling fee.
You will likely pay at least $5-10 in taxes and handling fees imposed by Canadian agencies. This charge is separate from what I charge you for shipping and is charged at the point of service, NOT by me.
According to Australian Customs and Border Protection Services import of goods valued ≤ A$1000 are charged no duties when mailed to Australia. The good people at Australia Post suggest that the Customs & Border Protection policies are subject to change, so you may need to double check that website to know if the $1000-value duty free policy is still in place.
According to Australia Post (phone number: 13 7678, or internationally +61 3 8847 9045) you shouldn't have to pay additional delivery fees when the parcel(s) arrive.

Here's what I mean by less expensive:
if shipping to the United Kingdom by USPS priority, it's $36 + your nation's duties—duties payable to your government at your end. By UPS the cost for a single hoodie was $132. For Federal Express it was $75, and if we did FedEx with the duties pre-paid the last quote we got was $146. This is why we continue to use USPS.
